8th grade logic continues the Introductory Logic course that was started in 7th grade. Following completion of this course, Thinking Toolbox by Hans and Nathanael Bluedorn is used to finish out logic for the year.
Thinking Toolbox is similar in format to the Bluedorns’ Fallacy Detective. 35 chapters, each suitable to a day’s logic or critical thinking lesson. We average 2 lessons a week, so the book can be studied in half of the typical school year.
